Technical advice and support
Simonetto has an internal technical office available to its customers. Simonetto technicians proactively support the architect, the interior designer or even the final customer in transforming the projects entrusted to them, into operational shop drawings.
Simonetto has a team of highly experienced professionals, capable to interact effectively with the various interlocutors and to take charge of any type of creative work (even starting from sketches or rough drafts), transforming it into a technical shop drawing. The work is carried out through several in-depth meetings with the Client, on the one hand to address and resolve all aspects of the project in detail, on the other to create the right relationship of collaboration and trust.

Simonetto technicians are specialized in on-site survey, it is in fact essential that this activity is carried out directly by Simonetto as a critical element of the success of the manufacturing project.
Using specialized equipment, a millimetric magnitude survey is then taken, on which to build our shop drawings. A dedicated 3D CAD-CAM software is used for the engineering of the elements, allowing the three-dimensional development of the solution. This process allows the control down to the last detail of the project. From the general volumes, continuing with the type of materials involved, down to the exact management of the individual notches and joints.
All complementary information is then collected and finally shared with the interior designer or the Client so that the result of the final product is under the complete control of all parts.

Right from the development of the construction design, Simonetto technicians interact with other professionals involved in the architect’s or designer’s projects (plumbers, marble workers, electricians, plasterers, masons …) where the activities intersect. Also in this circumstance Simonetto, thanks to decades of experience, is able to interpret and offer adequate solutions to any problem that may possibly arise in the operational execution of the overall project.
The construction design is shared with the Client in the various stages of its development in order to continuously check that it is in line with the original idea.
Custom sampling and prototyping
Simonetto, since 1961, has been working uniquely on tailor made solutions, starting each time “from carte blanche”. There are no pre-packaged or pre-set construction elements: the sampling service is always specific for each project.
Simonetto responds to the needs of the designer and the Client by working with every type of material that can be used in the field of interior design and furniture making.
Thanks to its decades of experience, Simonetto is able to manage a wide range of materials and to provide countless finishes: any type of wood, metal, leather, glass as well as special paints such as liquid metals, polyesters and resins.
Polishing and varnishing is also in-house, carried out in its dedicated department. This allows to be more efficient in terms of both quality and timing. Simonetto is able to develop customized dyes and finishes, and has the skills to carry out any type of traditional handcrafted lacquering (working with shellac, polishing, use of brushes), and numerous other techniques to obtain any required result.
Once the expected result has been shared with the designer and the Client, Simonetto creates a series of samples for each type of material that makes up the project, in such a way to be able to evaluate the final result by seeing and touching it.
In-house production

Simonetto can count on an important internal production structure, where equipment and materials for traditional processing coexist with modern 3D CAD CAM machines used to achieve precision in both cutting and composing.
Within this reality operate joiners and cabinet makers with great experience in the various kind of craftsmanship, because our work is always tailor-made for each customer.

This constant dialogue makes it possible to minimize processing times and any errors. The joiner, not being a mere performer, gives his contribution of experience for the finalization of the product, and at the same time, the technical office monitors the progress of the project with respect to the construction design.
The Client therefore can see with his own eyes the project taking shape, being able to view the artefacts created in the internal Simonetto workshop throughout its various stages of production.
Simonetto offers not only the production of bespoke furniture, but also the customized creation of hardware such as hinges, handles, frames, knobs, and more. Technical drawings for custom hardware are created and developed by Simonetto technical office, always beginning from the designer’s incipit. This is to consolidate the high level service and respond to the specific functional and / or aesthetic needs of the project.
Simonetto can use any material and masters any finishing technique. Woods, metals, glasses, materials designed for decorative upholstery such as leather of all kinds or fabrics. Traditional and special lacquering, finishes in gold, silver, bronze leaf and more.
The typical process of producing a Simonetto piece of furniture contemplates:
– designer’s concept acquisition
– shop drawings composition and process of sharing with the designer and Client
– acknowledgment of the final and approved shop drawings between the technical office and the joiners’ team in our workshop
– development of both construction and finishing samples of all materials involved in the project
– manufacture of the various components in our internal workshop
– assembling test after raw material manufacture completion
– disassembling and numbering of all the components
– polishing process and various finishing application
– second pre-assembling in order to final testing in-house
– disassembling and adequate packing of each component
– shipment
– final fitting at destination carried out by our specialized team
World wide delivery and fitting on site
Simonetto operates everywhere in the world where its ability to produce is demanded.
Simonetto has a specialized internal team dedicated for on-site fitting. The team has the task of optimizing fit-out times, especially when it comes to homes, as well as solving any problems that may arise during the assembling phases. By interacting effectively with the other workers and other professionals operating on site, the team is able to work profitably from the very first moment.
The fitting team, in addition to high-level technical skills, can boast discretionary skills in working in reserved environments.
Post-sales assistance
Thanks to the direct relationship repeated with the designer and the Client during all phases of the project, the collaboration with Simonetto does not end with the delivery and fitting of joinery and furniture, but continues even after this phase. Simonetto is available to respond to new needs and to offer assistance for the resolution of any problem which may arise.
Response times, availability and discretion
This is Simonetto first policy even in this phase.
